2025-26 BUDGET
This year's budget allocates funds for these categories:
Instructional Expenses include music/scores, sectional coaches and co-curricular rehearsals, specialists services (for commissioning new composition work), continuing education and professional affiliation, printing/copying and classroom/office supplies., and scholarships.
Equipment & Maintenance include costs to instrument maintain and repair school owned instruments.
Concerts & Performances include mechanical licensing to play copyrighted compositions, production & leasing fees, special performance support costs, graphic design and production, printing, decorations and transportation.
Festivals & Competitions include registration and transportation fees for festivals, competition awards and adjudication fees.
Student/Family Events & Banquet include student and family events and banquet expenses including venue fees, senior class recognition, student awards, and decorations and supplies.
Fundraising Costs include online payment processing fees, merchandise costs of goods sold, fundraising event expenses and Fair Share admin costs.
Program Support & Development include website administration expenses, communications online services and brochure fees, online archiving fees, program recruiting fees, and advocacy fees.
